Esther Gitaranga is a community leader, political strategist, and executive director recognized for driving youth empowerment, gender equity, and grassroots structural reform. Positioned at the convergence of behavioral science, civic engagement, and public governance, she brings a modern, multi-disciplinary approach to community organization and national movement building.She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science, equipping her with a deep understanding of governance systems, policy dynamics, public opinion, and human behavior. Her academic background directly informs her strategic approach to grassroots mobilization and community advocacy.A veteran student leader and Founder & Executive Director of Binti Rising Initiative, Esther brings extensive experience in institutional negotiation, youth advocacy, strategic partnership building, and programmatic leadership—notably establishing key training frameworks with Kiambu National Polytechnic and directing community initiatives at Raila Education Centre in Kibera.As the Vice Chairperson of Youth for Ruto 2027, Esther translates grassroots momentum and behavioral insight into scalable political strategy. In this capacity, she provides executive oversight, operational coordination, and strategic leadership to structure youth networks and drive impactful civic engagement nationwide.

Haron Bett "Dr Slate" is an executive leader, health systems architect, and software engineer recognized for driving structural reform and empowering communities. Positioned at the convergence of public health, technology and governance, he brings a modern, multi-disciplinary approach to organizational strategy and national development.​He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, a Master’s degree in Health Systems Management (KEMU).A trained software engineer, specialized in leveraging AI and predictive digital systems to build scalable solutions that modernize institutional workflows.A veteran student leader who served as the Secretary General for TUMSA, Haron brings years of experience in strategic advocacy, organizational management and grassroots organizing.Currently contesting for Member of Parliament for Westlands Constituency, Haron translates grassroots momentum into actionable policy reform. In his capacity as the Chief Executive Coordinator, he provides corporate governance, strategic oversight and execution strength across all key initiatives.

Noah Kipngetich Kalya "Arap Kalya" is a Biomedical Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Technical University of Mombasa and a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Moi University of Science and Technology. He is recognized for his commitment to advancing healthcare through innovation, technical excellence, and practical solutions that improve lives.Beyond his engineering career, Noah is a passionate advocate for leadership and youth empowerment. He strongly believes that young people are the foundation of sustainable national development and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to mentoring, mobilizing, and creating opportunities that inspire youth to become active leaders and change-makers.His ability to combine technical expertise with visionary leadership has earned him recognition as a dedicated professional who values service, integrity, and collaboration. Whether in healthcare, community initiatives, or organizational leadership, Noah remains committed to building stronger institutions, empowering future generations, and contributing to Kenya's long-term development.

Lydia Kithinji is a communications strategist and youth advocate passionate about using storytelling and strategic engagement to drive social impact. A graduate of Moi University in Linguistics, Media and Communication, she has built a career spanning journalism, PR, and organizational communications. She currently serves as Corporate Communication Strategist and PR Officer at the Tharaka Women Welfare Programme (TWWP), where she amplifies the voices of women, girls, and communities through compelling content and strategic partnerships. A former student leader, Lydia remains deeply committed to youth leadership, women's empowerment, and building stronger, more connected communities.

Catherine is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with experience in the Aviation industry. A qualified Aircraft weight and balance personnel also Having expertise in Quality Assurance professional specializing in International Air Transport Association [IATA] Safety Audits for Ground Operations.A youth leader and former student leader who served as a member of Parliament in the Student Congress and later as Treasurer in the Student Executive in University.She is passionate about youth development and advocates for equal opportunities. Through various initiatives, she works to empower both boychild and girlchild to reach their potential.

Elly Winston Apunda is a Kenyan political strategist, technology entrepreneur, youth leader, and community mobilizer passionate about using innovation, digital platforms, and strategic communication to empower young people and strengthen civic participation.He brings experience in strategy, digital transformation, youth engagement, programme coordination, communication, and community mobilisation, with a strong understanding of how technology can connect young people with opportunities, information, and meaningful participation in public affairs.As a political strategist, Elly focuses on youth mobilisation, digital strategy, grassroots engagement, policy communication, and building platforms that amplify the voice and participation of young people in Kenya's political and development agenda.Through his work with youth-focused initiatives, technology programmes, and community partnerships, he continues to champion a generation of young Kenyans who are informed, innovative, organised, and actively involved in shaping the country's future.

Eng. Samomo Lameck is a Kenyan Civil Engineer, entrepreneur, a youth leader with a strong background in construction and project execution. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Mombasa and has experience working as a Site Engineer.He is a disciplined, ambitious, and forward-thinking young leader passionate about youth leadership, empowerment, mentorship, and community development. He believes young people should have a meaningful voice in shaping Kenya’s future and should be equipped with the skills, opportunities, and platforms necessary to participate in leadership and nation-building.Through leadership and entrepreneurship, he seeks to inspire young people to take responsibility, pursue excellence, and actively contribute to the development of their communities and the country.

Hamza Abdi Mahat is a youth leader, governance advocate, and peace and security enthusiast from Garissa County. He is the Chairperson of Garissa County Youths Association and passionate about youth empowerment, leadership, mentorship, and community development. He holds a degree in Criminology and Security Studies from Mount Kenya University.

Emmanuel Sananka is a youth leader, governance advocate and community organizer with a strong background in student leadership and public affairs. He holds a *Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering* and served as *President of Kisii University during the 2021–2023 tenure*, where he built a strong network of young leaders across Kenya.He is the Co-Founder and Secretary General of ResoluteRise CBO, a community-based organization committed to fighting land injustices, promoting community empowerment and giving back to society.An influential voice in *Narok County's youth political landscape*, Emmanuel is passionate about youth empowerment, good governance, accountability and meaningful participation of young people in shaping Kenya's future.A leader driven by purpose, justice and the belief in the power of young people to create change.
